For enterprise

Enterprise AI systems that survive an audit

A large organisation does not fail to adopt AI because it lacks ideas. It fails because the things it must guarantee, provenance, approval, reversibility, a record, were never engineered in, and so nothing can be put anywhere that matters.

The constraint is accountability, not capability

Enterprises regain agility slowly, and the reason is rarely the technology. It is that any system touching a regulated process has to answer for itself: who authorised this, what information was it working from, can it be undone, and where is that written down.

A system built without those answers cannot be deployed anywhere consequential, so it gets deployed somewhere harmless, where it produces no measurable value and confirms everyone's suspicion.

Build the accountability in from the first day and the opposite happens. Once every consequential action is either reversible or gated, and every action is on the record, there is no reason to keep the system on a short leash for the reversible majority of its work.

What we build for enterprise

Governed agent systems

Agents that carry out real work with approval lanes on the consequential actions, reversibility designed in, and an audit trail that is part of the record rather than a log nobody reads.

Regulatory engineering

EU AI Act transparency and record keeping built into the system. The disclosure trail Article 50 requires only exists if something recorded the interaction at the time.

Identity and capability boundaries

Which caller, which tier, which permissions, recorded alongside the result. As models ship with capability gated by who is asking, this stops being optional.

Retrieval over governed data

Answers composed from records the organisation controls, with provenance attached, so an output can be traced back to what it was derived from.

Integration at enterprise scale

Into ERP, case management, data warehouses and the internal systems that have no documentation and cannot be replaced.

Cost and latency you can forecast

Deterministic work in code, intelligence where it earns its cost, instrumented per action so finance can model it rather than discover it.

Why us

We are a product company that operates its own software, which means we carry the consequences of these decisions rather than handing them over at the end of a programme. Nure AI OS exists because we needed governed agents in our own operation.

We are small and we do not pretend otherwise. What that buys you is that the people who designed the architecture are the people who build it, and the distance between a decision and the code implementing it is one conversation.

Our reasoning is published and cited. You can read our position on governance, auditability and where intelligence belongs before you decide whether it matches your risk appetite.

How an enterprise engagement runs

  1. 01

    Find the constrained process

The one where the work is repetitive, the volume is real, and the reason it has not been automated is accountability rather than difficulty.

  2. 02

    Design the lanes first

Which actions are reversible and run automatically, which are consequential and wait for a named person, and what is recorded for both. This precedes the build because it determines it.

  3. 03

    Architect for the audit

Provenance on every retrieved record, identity and capability on every request, and an immutable trail. Retrofitting this is a project; designing it in is a schema.

  4. 04

    Build and integrate

Into the systems already running, with the deterministic core first and intelligence placed where judgement is genuinely needed.

  5. 05

    Widen the lanes with evidence

Each exception on the trail is a lesson that tightens a rule. Autonomy widens because the record shows it is safe to, not because someone signed it off.

Questions

How do you make an AI system auditable?
By treating the record as part of the system rather than as logging. Every action an agent takes carries who or what authorised it, what information it was working from, and whether it can be reversed. If provenance is attached at retrieval time it costs almost nothing; reconstructed afterwards it is usually impossible.
What does the EU AI Act require of an enterprise system?
For high-risk systems, human oversight and record keeping. For systems that interact with people or generate content, the Article 50 transparency duties require disclosure and a trail that only exists if something logged the interaction as it happened. Both are engineering requirements before they are compliance ones.
Can agents be trusted with real work in a regulated organisation?
With the reversible majority of it, yes, provided consequential actions sit behind an approval lane and everything is recorded. Trust here is not the absence of oversight. It is oversight made cheap enough to leave on permanently.
How do you handle data residency and confidentiality?
By designing where data lives before deciding what processes it. Which records can leave the organisation, which cannot, and what that means for where inference runs are architecture decisions taken at the start, not deployment options chosen at the end.
We already have an AI strategy. What is missing?
Usually the architecture decision underneath it. A strategy that names use cases without deciding what stays deterministic, what data must exist first and where approval sits is a list of intentions. The gap between strategy and anything in production is almost always that decision.
Are you large enough for an enterprise programme?
We are deliberately small, and we will say plainly when something is bigger than we should take on. What a small team gives you is that the architect and the engineer are the same people, so an architectural decision reaches the code in a conversation rather than in a handover document.
What about vendor lock-in?
We build on standard, portable foundations and document the architecture so your own teams or another supplier can take it on. We would rather be kept because the work is good than because leaving is expensive.

Bring the process accountability has blocked

The useful starting point is the work your organisation would already have automated if it could answer for it. That is the one worth designing lanes around.
