What we are not
We are not an agency, and the distinction is practical rather than positional. An agency's output is a delivery. Ours is software we also have to operate, which means we have already paid for the decisions we are recommending to you.
We do not sell hours, day rates or headcount, because those price the wrong thing. You are buying a system that works, and how many people it took is our problem.
We take on a limited amount of this work, deliberately. Building inside real operations is where the problems worth turning into products come from, which is the honest reason we do it at all.

Why this company
We are not advising companies on how to build AI products from the sidelines. We are building and operating them ourselves, which is the only credential in this field that cannot be bought.
Our engineering is published. The research library on this site is open, cites its primary sources, and says explicitly where our argument goes beyond what we can prove. Read it before you talk to us.
We are small, fast and we will tell you when something should not be built. An assessment that concludes a process is not worth automating is a good outcome, and it is one nobody selling a delivery has any reason to reach.
